Besides the controlling undertaking SOGAER, the other companies in SOGAER Group are:

• Sogaerdyn S.p.A., fully owned by So.G.Aer., supplies airport handling services
• Sogaer Security S.p.A., fully owned by SOGAER, cooperates with the State Police in the security controls

Sogaerdyn, set up in 1997, is the main airport’s handling agent. It supplies ground assistance to passengers and aircrafts of most of the airlines operating in Cagliari. In 2001 the company obtained the ISO 9002 certification and subsequently successfully upgraded its quality management systems in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.

As an airport handler, Sogaerdyn takes care of services to passengers such as ticketing, check-in, boarding and disembarking, aircraft loading and unloading and baggage assistance in addition to services to crews and aircrafts.

Sogaer Security, set up in 1999, has replaced since 2000 the Police in the activities of passenger and hand luggage controls and, since February 2002, has taken over the security screening control of hold baggage. The company, which is fully owned by SOGAER, has obtained in 2008 the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management systems.
