Airport Service Charter

Every year in accordance with DPCM 31/12/98 and Circular ENAC APT 12 SOGAER publishes Cagliari Airport’s Service Charter in which it declares its commitment to guarantee the best standard of service measured with the following quality indicators:

  • Cleanliness and hygiene
  • Comfort at the airport
  • Additional services
  • Services and Facilities for disabled persons
  • Information services
  • Staff courtesy and professional skills
  • Check-in and security screening
  • City-airport connections

 

The Airport Service Charter, a mandatory publication for all airport managing companies, allows you to compare the quality standards of the services provided by all national airports.
