  • infectious or poisonous substances
  • magnetized substances
  • oxidizing substances
  • inflammable liquids
  • inflammable solids (i.e. matches)

Hand luggage

It is better to carry fragile or valuable objects and important documents in the hand luggage that you are allowed to carry on board. The hand luggage should not exceed the dimensions and weight permitted by the airline. You are not allowed to carry objects that may be used as dangerous or improper weapons (i.e. scissors, knives, blades, screwdrivers and other similar items). In order to pass through security control faster, we recommend that you place metal objects (i.e. mobile phones, coins, keys, pens, watches and other similar items) inside your hand luggage.

Please note that liquids, gels and aerosols carried in the cabin on board the aircraft are subject to restrictions according to EU aviation security regulations. For further information you may click here.

Lost baggage

It is necessary to report to the Baggage Assistance Office in the Arrivals Area and present the stub identifying the bag. The operator will begin a computer search in order to find and deliver the baggage in the shortest possible time.

Damaged baggage

Damaged baggage must be reported to the Baggage Assistance Office in the baggage reclaim hall. It is necessary to show the damaged baggage to the operator. Following evaluation of the damage, the airline will offer compensation or contribute to the cost of repair.
