Vueling to connect Cagliari and Florence

Vueling and SOGAER announce new flights to Florence starting from 11.04.2014. The route will be operated six days a week (no flights on Thursdays). Next year the Spanish low cost carrier Vueling will connect Cagliari Airport to two destinations: Barcelona (El Prat) and Florence.

Cagliari Airport partner of 'Per Mare'

Today Cagliari Airport has hosted students and professors participating in an international student exchange program called ‘Per Mare’. Thanks to the contribution of company experts and local operators, the delegation of students from the three nautical schools of Bastia (France), Livorno (Italy) and Cagliari (Italy) has been introduced to various aspects of airport activities related to logistics.

IATA Winter Season ’13-’14 makes its debut

The Winter Schedule ’13-’14 valid from October 27th includes a network of domestic and international routes operated from and to Cagliari Airport by the most prominent European flight carriers.

Cagliari Airport among Fed Cup sponsors

Cagliari Airport will be partner of the Tennis Club Cagliari, host of 2013 Fed Cup Final on 2nd-3rd November. A dedicated desk in the Arrivals area of the airport will welcome teams and tennis enthusiasts landing in Sardinia for the biggest sports event of the year.

“Viva! 2013” campaign set to finish at the airport

On Saturday 19th October Cagliari Airport will host the last Sardinian date of “VIVA! 2013”. The campaign seeks to raise stroke and heart attack public awareness with the help of volunteers showing the basics of first aid to everyone interested.

ENAC and Cagliari Airport sign the Plan Agreement

The Plan Agreement between the Italian Civil Aviation Authority and Cagliari Airport managing company, has been signed today in Rome. The agreement stipulates an investment of about 14,1 million euro in airport infrastructures until 2015. By funding Cagliari Airport, the Italian Civil Aviation Authority will also enable development of the air terminal, the parking facilities and both the external and internal road network.
