New VIP Lounge at Cagliari Airport

Starting today May 18th 2015, a new service is available at Cagliari Airport: located just after security controls, the new SOGAER-Meridiana VIP Lounge is now ready to welcome departing passengers looking for a special treat before leaving Sardinia.

New Lufthansa flights to Frankfurt from tomorrow

Starting tomorrow the German carrier Lufthansa will connect Frankfurt and Cagliari with scheduled direct flights on Saturdays. The new route will be operated until October 3rd with twin-engine airliner jets Embraer 190 (94 seats). On May 3rd Lufthansa will also resume its flight services to Munich. Volotea resumes operations to Venice

Tomorrow May 1st 2015 Volotea will resume its scheduled services to Venice. Since the beginning of the partnership with Cagliari Airport in 2012, the low cost carrier has carried nearly 93,000 passengers on its routes to and from South Sardinia and is ready to launch new flights to Catania at the end of the month. Kids fly free with Meridiana

Children under 12 years of age are now eligible for free tickets on Meridiana’s domestic network: between 01.05.15 and 26.07.15 when travelling accompanied by an adult they will only pay airport taxes and issuance fees. Ryanair to connect Bologna from Cagliari next Winter

The Irish low cost carrier announces new daily services between Cagliari and Bologna set to start at the end of October 2015. During the next IATA Winter season the Ryanair network will offer flights connecting 12 domestic and international destinations to Sardinia’s biggest airport with an expected passenger volume of more than 1.4 Mio travellers (total traffic: incoming + outgoing).
